Return Policy:
\r\nFor all returns, please Log in to Member center and submit a return request form within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Under what kind situation, can I return the goods?
\r\n• If we ship you the wrong item without informing you.
\r\n• If we ship you the wrong color(except color difference of the computer screen), size, style as you required without informing you.
\r\n• If we ship you the defective or damaged item without informing you.
\r\n\r\n
2. Under what kind situation, can I not return the goods?
\r\n• If the products is exactly what you need, due to some personal issues you want to return.
\r\n• ABC sources.com will not be responsible for the damages during the transportation, if you have checked our inspection pictures in your member centre.
\r\n• If you apply for the return after 7 days since you receiving.

- The buyers are responsible for all charges during the return like return shipping cost and customs clearance. \r\n
- We only return the goods payment, the shipping cost should be reserved. \r\n
- Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return. \r\n
- The photos or computer graphics are for illustrative purpose only.Actual elevators may vary depending on environmental colors and other factors. \r\n
- All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons. \r\n
- There are too many items on Abcsources, so we may not describe everything just the same as you think. Because culture difference, we may share a different idea with something like color, our translators will try their best to fix it out, if you find any problems, your emails will be highly appreciated, but we reject all returns due to this reason. \r\n
- Please send us emails or call us before you return the goods, if we can't clear the goods from customs because of buyers, all responsibilities and charges are taken by buyers. \r\n

Cancellation Policy:
\r\nMany orders can be cancelled before shipment. But orders that have already shipped can not be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
\r\n\r\n
1. After the order formed, Can I cancel orders before payment?
\r\nOf course, order formed, doesn’t mean you have to buy without any take back. But please marked the order as cancelled, so our customer service doesn’t have think over many times why the order is hold.
\r\n\r\n
2. Can I cancel orders during processing time?
\r\nYes, any order before delivery can be canceled, but in this way, if you have paid 30% deposit, you are going to lose 30% deposit for that item.

3. If the order has been delivered, but I want to cancel, how should I do, what should I pay?
\r\nSorry, it is too late, you can’t cancel this order since we check with you many times before.
